The office I work in bought 4 of these one time. One laptop has been fixed twice for wireless problems only to use a PCMCIA card slot now for wireless connectivity. Another had to be reinstalled after 6 months and so on. Dell is still selling XP on laptops and should you get a laptop with Vista, make sure you maximize the ram. You will want at least 2 gb. I received it in 3 days.
